Shipment or package without Invoice or documents for declaration.

You have a shipment on it's way to Customs declaration but we do not have a copy of the invoice and can not customs clear your goods until we have it.

Today it is not very common that seller insert a copy of the invoice in the shipment, you may have gotten it by email or have the possibility to print out (to pdf) directly at the sellers webshop or website.
What next?
  • Please login to your Jetcarrier account.
  • Select "My Shipments" ->  
    • "Active AIR shipments"
    • or "Active SEA shipments" 
  • Find the Shipment in the list and upload a copy of invoice. 
Older shipments?
Go to "My Shipments" -> "Shipment History" and find the Yellow button for document upload and follow the instructions.


The yellow button to the right is for uploading invoice. Green label indicate that document is uploaded.
